How to Make an Egg White Espresso Martini
Step 1: Build the foam base
Add the cooled espresso, water, and liquid egg whites to a shaker filled with ice. Shake hard for about 30 seconds. This chills the mixture and begins activating the egg whites. Strain out the ice and return the liquid to the shaker.

Step 2: Dry shake for maximum froth
Shake again without ice for 30–60 seconds, until the mixture becomes thick and frothy. Divide the foam evenly between two martini glasses.


Step 3: Mix the cocktail
