Ingredients:

1 large burrito-size tortilla

Salt & pepper to taste

Oil for the pan (avocado or olive oil works great)
Filling suggestions:

Cheddar cheese slices

Cream cheese and red onion

Fresh spinach

Pesto and cooked chicken breast
How to Make It

Start the base:
Heat a lightly oiled large skillet over medium heat. Pour in a generous amount of Chino Valley Ranchers Liquid Whole Eggs. Season with a little salt and pepper and let the eggs cook for about 30 seconds—just enough to begin setting. -
Add the tortilla:
Press a large tortilla directly into the semi-cooked eggs in the skillet. Once the eggs are fully set and bonded to the tortilla, flip it over and toast the tortilla side for another 30–60 seconds until lightly golden. -
Prep to fold:
Remove the tortilla egg from the skillet and transfer to a cutting board. Cut a single slice halfway up from the bottom to the center. Mentally divide the wrap into four quadrants. -
Fill each quarter:
Add your favorite ingredients to each of the four sections. For example: -
Section 1: Cheddar cheese

Fold and toast:
Starting with the first section, fold it over the second, then continue folding clockwise until you’ve formed a layered triangle. Return to the skillet to toast both sides until golden and warmed through. -
Slice and serve:
Cut the triangle in half and dig in!
