What You’ll Need:
1. Prep your area.
Start by preheating your oven to 350°. Then, take out a regular- or miniature-sized muffin pan and spray each cup with cooking spray.
2. Get the vegetables ready.
Tear spinach leaves into small pieces and place them on the bottom of each cup. They will serve as the base of the bites. Then, dice some bell peppers and white onions and sprinkle them into the cups. Feel free to add bacon if you’d like. Fill the cups up to about halfway with these ingredients.
3. Add the liquid egg whites.
