You’ll need to brown and crumble the sausage in a skillet, drain, and set aside. Then, beat eggs into a large bowl; add milk, salt, and mustard; and stir in bread cubes, cheese, and sausage.

Pour the mixture into a greased 11x7 baking dish and bake uncovered at 350℉ for 40 minutes.
