Crispy Hash Brown Fried Egg Avocado Toast
We love a good avocado toast moment, but this version takes it up a notch (or five) with a hash brown base, a perfectly fried Organic Omega-3 Egg, and a sweet-spicy kick from honey and chili crisp. It’s simple, crave-worthy, and great for breakfast, brunch, or a midday pick-me-up.
Inspired by @whitneyysimmons, this version is one we keep coming back to. Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients:

1 frozen hash brown patty

½ avocado, sliced

Drizzle of honey or hot honey

Spoonful of chili crisp
Directions:
Step 1: Bake the Hash Brown
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the hash brown patty on a baking sheet and bake for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until both sides are golden and crisp.
Step 2: Fry the Egg
While the hash brown finishes baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and pan-fry your Chino Valley Ranchers egg to your liking—sunny side up, over medium, or however you love it.
Step 3: Assemble
Top the crispy hash brown with a drizzle of honey or hot honey, followed by the avocado slices.
Step 4: Finish and Serve
Place the fried egg on top and add a spoonful of chili crisp for a spicy finish.
