Chino Valley Ranchers Organic Free-Range Eggs Featured in Recipe by Beachside Kitchen

Chino Valley Ranchers’ organic and free-range eggs were featured in a peanut butter cookie recipe on Belinda Kraemer’s Instagram profile @beachsidekitchen, which has over 57,000 followers.

In the Instagram post, Kraemer says, “Grain free PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES just 6 ingredients give you some seriously peanut buttery, chocolate stuffed goodness. These are dense and doughy, almost the texture of a Perfect Bar.” 

She goes on to list the ingredients as “peanut butter, coconut sugar, almond flour, vanilla extract, and @chinovalleyranchers organic free range eggs, from hens fed only non-GMO grains and roaming on certified pesticide-free fields.”

Chino Valley Ranchers is committed to producing only the highest quality organic eggs. Hens are fed a healthy diet of the finest grains, using only top-grade corn, soybean, alfalfa, flaxseed, and other select seeds. 

Vice President of Chino Valley Ranchers, Chris Nichols, says, “I don’t see how I can say ‘no’ to chocolate chip peanut butter cookies, especially if the recipe calls for Chino Valley Ranchers’ organic and free-range eggs. I can’t wait to try these out at home!”

The recipe requires 1 Chino Valley Ranchers organic egg, 3/4 cup coconut sugar, 1 cup creamy salted peanut butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/2 tsp of baking soda and 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips.
