What You’ll Need:

  • Chino Valley Ranchers’ Eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Your favorite cheeses
  • Spinach leaves
  • Garlic

1. Set up the cooking materials.

Start off by preheating the oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Then, take out a muffin tin and lightly grease it with butter.

2. Bring in the ingredients.

With the materials set in place, it’s time to start cooking! Use a bowl and mix the spinach leaves and a combination of your favorite cheeses together. We recommend Parmesan, cheddar and ricotta cheese. Then, in another bowl, beat your Chino Valley Ranchers’ eggs. Mix in salt, pepper, garlic and parsley with the eggs. Then combine the two bowls and mix all of the ingredients together.

3. Time to bake.

Use a spoon and pour the egg mixture into each muffin tin. Let them bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Then, remove from the oven and let them cool for another 5 to 10 minutes.

With the frittata cups cooled, they are now ready to be served or stored away in the refrigerator for future breakfast meals! To make this dish really stand out, it’s always a great idea to use Chino Valley Ranchers’ eggs. We produce fresh and high quality products that taste great.
