Here’s what you’ll need for these nutrient-packed brownies:

Ingredients:

  • 2 Chino Valley Ranchers Organic Pasture Raised Eggs

  • 1 cup butternut squash puree (canned)

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup natural cane sugar

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8"x8" baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients except for the chocolate chips until smooth.

  3. Stir in the dark chocolate chips.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.

  5. Bake for 30-38 minutes. (30 minutes will give you fudgy brownies, while 38 minutes will result in cakier brownies.)

  6. Allow the brownies to cool completely before removing them from the pan and slicing.

  7. For an extra touch, drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
