Baked Egg Boats – Pizza Style!

These Baked Egg Boats bring all the savory goodness of your favorite slice into a delicious, protein-packed dish that’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, or even a late-night snack. With our Pasture Raised Eggs at the center of it all, you can enjoy every bite knowing you’re getting quality nutrition and unbeatable flavor.
Ingredients:

6 hoagie rolls

1 cup spinach, chopped

½ cup pizza sauce

1 tsp sea salt

½ tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 oz turkey pepperoni, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prep the rolls by cutting a deep rectangle through the tops and carefully removing the bread inside to create space for the filling.
3. Mix the filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, chopped spinach, pizza sauce, sea salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper until well combined.
4. Fill the boats: Divide the mixture evenly among the hollowed-out rolls.
5. Top it off: Sprinkle each egg boat with mozzarella cheese and chopped turkey pepperoni.
6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, covering with foil after 25 minutes to prevent over-browning.
7. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
