For this recipe you’ll need English muffins, eggs, whole milk, half-and-half, salt, black pepper, olive oil, Canadian bacon, baby spinach, salted butter and grated white cheddar cheese. Create your Hollandiase sauce with salted butter, salt, black pepper, lemon, egg yolks, and some hot sauce.
