We’re used to frying eggs for breakfast — scrambled or sunny side up. But boiled eggs are another great way to enjoy a boost of protein. Here are a few easy recipes to make with boiled eggs for any occasion.

  1. Deviled Eggs

Enjoy these deviled eggs for breakfast, lunch, or a dinner party. The ingredients include six Chino Valley Ranchers pasture raised eggs, two tablespoons of mayonnaise, one teaspoon white sugar, one teaspoon white vinegar, one teaspoon prepared mustard, ½ teaspoon salt, one tablespoon finely chopped onion, one tablespoon finely chopped celery, and a pinch of paprika.

After boiling the eggs, slice them in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Use a fork to mash the eggs and stir in sugar, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, onion, and celery. Stuff or pipe the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
