For this recipe, you’ll need one dozen hard boiled Chino Valley Ranchers eggs, ¼ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup roasted sweet red pepper strips, two teaspoons Dijon mustard, two teaspoons cider vinegar, one teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, and one cup finely crushed corn chips.
