3 Easy Breakfast Casseroles For Every Day

The ingredients list includes 10 Chino Valley Ranchers eggs, one pound of bacon, 1 ½ cups of shredded Swiss cheese, one cup cottage cheese, ¼ cup diced onions, 14 ounces of thawed shredded hash browns, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon fine sea salt, and two cups shredded cheddar cheese.

Begin by preheating the oven to 400℉ and cover two baking sheets with foil or parchment paper. Place the bacon on the sheets and bake for 20-22 minutes or until crispy. Flip the bacon slices halfway through and once finished baking, transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels. Chop the bacon into small pieces and lightly grease a casserole dish.


Next, mix the eggs, salt, and pepper together. Then, stir in the hash browns, onions, cottage cheese, one cup of cheddar cheese, and Swiss cheese. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish and top with one cup of cheddar cheese. Bake for one hour and serve.


2. Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast Casserole

If you love a fluffy breaded casserole this recipe is for you. To make this Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast Casserole, you’ll need 12 ounces of buttermilk biscuit dough, six Chino Valley Ranchers eggs, 2 ¾ ounce package of pepper gravy mix, one pound of sausage, one cup of shredded cheese, ½ cup milk, salt, and pepper.
