What You’ll Need:
1. Sauté the vegetables.
Once the oil is hot, add the onions and peppers. Season them with salt and cayenne pepper for some extra flavor. After letting them sauté for about two minutes, add the crawfish tails and sauté them for an additional two minutes. Add the green onions, garlic and parsley and then sauté it for about a minute.
2. Prepare your workspace.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, butter individual ramekins and place them on a baking sheet. Put a sauté pan on medium heat to heat the olive oil.
3. Prepare the eggs.
Remove the mixture from the heat and put them into a mixing bowl, letting it cool for a few minutes. Crack your Chino Valley Ranchers’ eggs and mix them with breadcrumbs and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, and add them to the mixture.
4. Get your ramekins ready.
Pour the egg mixture into each ramekin and place them in the oven. Allow them to cook until the whites of the Chino Valley Ranchers’ eggs are firm but the yolks are still liquid.
5. Dish and decorate your delights.
Remove them from the oven and plate them for individual servings. Spoon the Hollandaise Sauce over the top and use the remaining parsley as a garnish.
And in a few simple steps, you have a delicious treat for you and your family. When picking your ingredients, it’s important to choose the best. Chino Valley Ranchers’ eggs provide the high-quality freshness that you deserve. Contact us today to learn more about our products.
