Sudden Quiche

2 cups filling of choice
1 9-inch deep-dish frozen pie shell
6 Large Chino Valley fresh eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place filling in bottom of pie shell. Mix eggs, milk and cheese and pour over filling. Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
