Breakfast Pizza

11"- 12" precooked pizza shell or boboli crust
1 Tablespoon margarine
½ cup diced, cooked potatoes
½ cup cooked, crumbled bacon or sausage
½ cup diced vegetables, (onion, red or green peppers)
6 Large Chino Valley fresh eggs
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place margarine in saute pan over medium heat. Add potatoes, bacon or sausage, and vegetables and heat thoroughly. Add eggs, and lightly scramble. Spread eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage, and vegetables on crust. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until cheese is melted.
