As a demand for certified organic and cage free eggs became more apparent, it was up to us to make the leaps and bounds to bring these eggs to the people that want them. Part of our vision as a company is it’s focus on the local economy and minimal impact our business has on the land it provides for. With this in mind, we realized that we could not achieve this goal of expansion without moving our operations to our customers. That is why we have worked for many years now with farming families across the United States to help us provide locally produced eggs. Along with our farms in California, we operate a dedicated organic ranch in Idalou, Texas and work with small family farms across the Midwest. Everyone of our family producers although in different states, follows their local organic certifier guidelines and applies the same care to the birds as we do in California.. Each farm is unique in its look, size, and shape, but all run with the same goal in mind. The happiness and the health of our hens.
