As a demand for certified organic and cage free eggs became more apparent, it was up to us to make the leaps and bounds to bring these eggs to the people that want them. Part of our vision as a company is it’s focus on the local economy and minimal impact our business has on the land it provides for. With this in mind, we realized that we could not achieve this goal of expansion without moving our operations to our customers. That is why we have worked for many years now with farming families across the United States to help us provide locally produced eggs. We now have facilities throughout Texas, California, and the Midwest. Everyone of our family producers although in different states, is regulated by the toughest qualifier CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers), which we feel has the most strict guidelines on how certified organic operations should be run. Each farm is unique in its look, size, and shape, but all run with the same goal in mind. The happiness and the health of our hens.
