Once our eggs are collected from the hen houses, they are taken directly to a refrigerated area. Once inside our certified organic packing facility, the eggs are washed, placed in cartons and sent out to your nearest neighborhood market. We handle our product with great care to ensure the safety of our eggs all the way to the store using our refrigerated trucks. Below we have come up with some safety tips to ensure the safety of your eggs from the shelf onto your family’s breakfast plate.
Keep eggs refrigerated after purchase. Discard broken or cracked eggs. Use or cook eggs immediately after cracking.
