  • Following stringent bio-security measures to protect our egg-laying hens
  • HACCP and SAFE QUALITY FOODS certification at our processing plants
  • Extensive ongoing monitoring, record keeping and third party inspections

We are a member of the California Egg Quality Assurance Program and also work closely with the state of California Department of Food & Agriculture.
